Bike Size Charts

BikeRide finds and shows you the best prices of the bikes you want to buy. Prices constantly change and it’s impossible to compare them all yourself.

We search for prices on over 120 bike retailers to guarantee that we find the lowest prices – to save you time and money.

It’s a promise we stand behind: If you find a lower price on a bike elsewhere, we will sell it to you for 10% less. For example, if you find a bike for $480 that we have listed at $500, we will offer you to buy it for $432 through BikeRide. The bike must be the same color and size, sold in the US and not include the use of a coupon.

If you find a lower price, email us at [email protected] with documentation of the price. We’re committed to making sure that the cost of a bike does not keep you from cycling!

Summary of Reviews

We have read all expert and user reviews on the Mooncool POP. In summary, this is what cyclists think. Published Jul 31, 2026 by Jordan Grimes.

12 reasons to buy

  • Mooncool’s POP comes with fenders, lights with brake activation and turn signals, a bell, a bottle cage, and cargo netting.
  • Testers say the turn signals and brake light are brighter than average.
  • The rear rack is MIK-compatible and supports 59lb.
  • Reviewers praise the responsive throttle and pedal assist.
  • Experts enjoy the smooth, natural power delivery.
  • A 305lb tester praises the climbing power, overcoming hills using only the throttle.
  • Testers say the suspension does a good job of smoothing out rough roads.
  • Experts say the hydraulic disc brakes offer ample stopping power.
  • The 3" tires grip well on hard-packed gravel.
  • The frame has a built-in carry handle, and reviewers say it folds quickly.
  • The color display is readable in bright sunlight.
  • This bike is offered in five colorways.

7 reasons not to buy

  • A 305lb reviewer gets just 16.1 miles of range using maximum assist and throttle on a hilly route.
  • Mooncool publishes conflicting specs for range, peak power, and rider fit. A 6'0" tester is at the seatpost's maximum extension.
  • The POP is bulkier than average when folded.
  • The turn signals don't self-cancel, and they don’t make any sound.
  • The folding stem rattles over rough ground, according to a tester.
  • One expert finds play in the kickstand mounting and recommends checking the bolts.
  • The 2A charger returns lengthy charging times.

Bottom line

The Mooncool POP is the brand’s first two-wheeler, a folding utility bike with a 750W motor and full suspension. Both reviewers rate the bike highly, praising the instant throttle response, smooth pedal assist, comfort, and strong climbing performance. The meager range, slow charging, and weight count against this bike, as do the reports of a rattling stem and play in the kickstand mount. Disappointingly, Mooncool's website also lists several conflicting specs. From early testing, the POP seems a reasonable option in this segment, but it faces strong competition from the Velotric Fold 1 and Lectric XP4.

Mooncool POP New Model Folding E-Bike That Delivers Great Value! Live Electric Bike Life!

If you wanted to improve this… give the front fork 80mm of travel with adjustment, and make the rear shocks a little bit softer for lighter riders. It’s a good bike.

I Took the Mooncool POP Folding E-Bike Into a Dinosaur Arroyo!

When I saw that it was a 3″ wide and I’m used to riding 4″ fat tires, I thought it might be an issue, but it’s not. It’s actually doing pretty good.
