Bike Size Charts

BikeRide finds and shows you the best prices of the bikes you want to buy. Prices constantly change and it’s impossible to compare them all yourself.

We search for prices on over 120 bike retailers to guarantee that we find the lowest prices – to save you time and money.

It’s a promise we stand behind: If you find a lower price on a bike elsewhere, we will sell it to you for 10% less. For example, if you find a bike for $480 that we have listed at $500, we will offer you to buy it for $432 through BikeRide. The bike must be the same color and size, sold in the US and not include the use of a coupon.

If you find a lower price, email us at [email protected] with documentation of the price. We’re committed to making sure that the cost of a bike does not keep you from cycling!

Summary of Reviews

We have read all expert and user reviews on the DYU A1F Pro. In summary, this is what cyclists think.

8 reasons to buy

  • The majority of reviewers feel the A1F Pro offers good value.
  • Testers are pleased with the A1F Pro’s quick acceleration.
  • This bike comes with fenders, lights, a cargo rack, a “loud” horn, and a front basket.
  • Experts say the mechanical disc brakes provide ample stopping power.
  • Testers enjoy the nimble ride, maneuvering the bike with ease.
  • The “highly portable” A1F Pro folds down to 55.3” x 16.5” x 25.2”.
  • Most experts agree the sprung saddle is comfortable.
  • DYU provides a remote control alarm and remote key fob with the A1F Pro.

9 reasons not to buy

  • Experts think the A1F Pro is quite heavy (48lb), given its small size.
  • The small 16” wheels and rigid frame mean comfort will be lacking for some.
  • Reviewers say the motor struggles on steeper gradients.
  • The A1F Pro has a single-speed drivetrain and one pedal assist mode, limiting its functionality.
  • The max speed is only 15.5mph.
  • Experts say the cramped cockpit and insufficient seatpost height result in discomfort when pedaling.
  • The A1F Pro lacks a speedometer and odometer.
  • DYU is unclear about the true weight capacity of this bike.
  • The A1F Pro’s battery isn’t removable.

Bottom line

DYU's A1F Pro is a budget folding e-bike with 16-inch wheels and a 350W motor. It includes a rear rack, front basket, lights, and fenders. The small size makes it portable, but at 48lb, it's not easy to lift and carry, and the motor struggles on steep hills. Reviewers say taller riders will find it uncomfortable, and the poor pedaling position, single-speed gearing, and single PAS mode discourage riders from pedaling, with most relying on throttle power. Despite these drawbacks, testers generally agree that the A1F is a decent budget-friendly option that "gets the job done" on short, flat commutes.

Compact Folding E-Bike for the City: DYU A1F Review

… highly portable… foldable, mostly designed for short urban commutes, and not too heavy… it’s a pretty good match, especially if you can find it at a good discounted price.

DYU A1F Electric City Bike Review: Unboxing, Setup, Charging & First Impressions

… it has been good, it’s been reliable, the stand’s good, it’s got all of the features that I would want and need. However, if I wanted to, for example, go off-road, then I wouldn’t get this bike.

This Small E-Bike Is So Much Fun | DYU A1F Review

… it’s so low to the ground that it’s very maneuverable and very fun. Of course, I’m a speed junkie, so I wish this would go faster, but not all e-bikes have to go a million miles [per] hour.

Is This a Good Lightweight Folding E-Bike? – DYU A1F

… it’s not so good on steep hills. Do not buy this bike if you live in San Francisco, but [in] any reasonably flat, mildly undulating city center it’s perfect, and it fits in your compact car.

The frame is really well built and solid, and I have to say, it’s a lovely piece of engineering; it’s beautiful. The bike can also handle upward inclines effortlessly; the disc brakes are very responsive when braking.

DYU A1F Folding Electric City Bike | DYU E-Bike Review

… good range, it travels at a reasonable pace, you’ve got built-in lights, [and] you can even lock the bike. It’s got plenty going for it; the only slight negative for me is the fact that it’s a bit heavy.
