- A tester says the Verve is easy to maneuver.

- The wide, low step-through frame makes the bike easy to mount and dismount.

4 reasons not to buy
- A 5’11” tester feels the long reach makes the Verve unsuitable for riders below 5’10”.
- At 77lb, the bike is relatively heavy for a folding fat-tire e-bike.
- At a tested 36” x 21” x 32” when folded, the Verve is bulky for its category.
- Two testers find the saddle too firm and uncomfortable.
Bottom line
Reviews are limited for Kingbull’s Verve. This folding fat-tire e-bike boasts a high payload capacity, strong braking, quick throttle acceleration, and responsive pedal assist. Testers also enjoy the nimble handling and comfortable ride over bumpy pavement. The range and off-road capability remain untested. The relatively high weight and bulky dimensions make the folding feature less useful. But the biggest complaints are poor climbing performance and the uncomfortable, lean-forward riding position, causing a tester to deem the bike unsuitable for shorter riders. Nonetheless, the reliable performance and branded components at this price make the Verve a decent option for taller riders.Expert Reviews
