Bike Size Charts

BikeRide finds and shows you the best prices of the bikes you want to buy. Prices constantly change and it’s impossible to compare them all yourself.

We search for prices on over 120 bike retailers to guarantee that we find the lowest prices – to save you time and money.

It’s a promise we stand behind: If you find a lower price on a bike elsewhere, we will sell it to you for 10% less. For example, if you find a bike for $480 that we have listed at $500, we will offer you to buy it for $432 through BikeRide. The bike must be the same color and size, sold in the US and not include the use of a coupon.

If you find a lower price, email us at [email protected] with documentation of the price. We’re committed to making sure that the cost of a bike does not keep you from cycling!

Summary of Reviews

We have read all expert and user reviews on the Kingbull Discover 2.0. In summary, this is what cyclists think.

13 reasons to buy

  • The Kingbull Discover 2.0 is available with a step-over frame or as a step-through (ST 2.0).
  • The Discover 2.0 comes with a rear rack, lights with a rear brake activation, fenders, a horn, and front rack mounts.
  • The rear rack’s capacity is above average at 150lb.
  • Reviewers appreciate the ride comfort afforded by the fat tires and adjustable suspension fork (preload and lockout).
  • Testers praise the responsive torque sensor and smooth, natural pedal assist.
  • A reviewer says the Discover 2.0 is maneuverable for a fat-tire e-bike.
  • Reviewers find the puncture-resistant CST BFT 4” tires provide good grip on pavement and light off-road terrain.
  • The hydraulic disc brakes work well in testing.
  • Multiple testers admire the smooth welds on the frame.
  • The Discover 2.0 can be programmed for Class 2 or Class 3.
  • The fork uses a 12mm thru-axle instead of the more common nutted and QR axles found at this price point.
  • The Discover 2.0 has above-average water resistance (IPX6).
  • Kingbull provides a two-year warranty with the Discover 2.0.

5 reasons not to buy

  • Testers struggle to exceed 20mph in testing, despite the bike’s 28mph rating.
  • A reviewer complains that PAS level 1 provides too little assistance.
  • Some testers find the motor's power underwhelming.
  • On one test bike, the battery doesn’t sit flush with the frame.
  • The display on one test bike turned off briefly when the bike hit a bump.

Bottom line

Testing of Kingbull's Discover 2.0 is very short-term, but the bike appears to have few flaws from the outset, which is uncommon at this price point. Good comfort and maneuverability, ample stopping power, adjustable suspension, puncture-resistant tires, and smooth, torque-sensing pedal assist provide an enjoyable ride for testers. The main shortcoming, underwhelming top speed and power, means those seeking easy Class 3 speeds should look elsewhere. Overall, the Discover 2.0 is a competitively priced and well-equipped option in the fat-tire e-commuter category, but there's no long-term experience of this bike's durability.

The Big and Powerful Kingbull Discover 2.0 Electric Bike!

I wish it had a little more torque, and maybe a faster top speed… I know, I’m being very, very picky, but we’re going to give it a B for function.
