Let’s get ready to ROC! Join us for an incredible one-day ride that will have you cycling alongside Lake Ontario. Bike MS: ROC the Great Lakes kicks off between Buffalo and Rochester and sends you out onto the peaceful, scenic backroads of western New York. With minimal traffic and routes for every level, it’s an ideal ride whether you’re just starting out or have miles of experience. You’ll roll into Lakeside State Park for a well-earned celebration, surrounded by a passionate community of riders committed to moving us closer to a world free of MS — one pedal stroke at a time.
