We search for prices on over 120 bike retailers to guarantee that we find the lowest prices – to save you time and money.

It’s a promise we stand behind: If you find a lower price on a bike elsewhere, we will sell it to you for 10% less. For example, if you find a bike for $480 that we have listed at $500, we will offer you to buy it for $432 through BikeRide. The bike must be the same color and size, sold in the US and not include the use of a coupon.

Summary of Reviews

We have read all expert and user reviews on the Aniioki AQ177 Pro Max Ultra. In summary, this is what cyclists think. Updated Sep 17, 2026 by Amar Punekar.

10 reasons to buy

  • Aniioki offers the AQ177 Pro Max Ultra with a choice of a 70Ah or 80Ah battery.
  • Testers reach GPS-verified speeds of up to 46mph.
  • Most reviewers appreciate the throttle’s gentle start followed by strong acceleration.
  • In testing, the AQ177 Pro Max Ultra tackles steep inclines easily on throttle power alone.
  • Experts say the full suspension and suspension seatpost make for a comfortable ride over bumpy pavement.
  • This bike comes with a headlight (high/low beam), a taillight with brake activation, front and rear turn signals, hazard lights, fenders, and a 50lb-capacity rear rack.
  • A reviewer reports a real-world range of 40miles (80Ah battery) using a mix of throttle and pedal assist.
  • The fast 8A charger delivers quick charging times.
  • Two testers enjoy the comfortable, upright riding position.
  • The choice of mag wheels eliminates spoke repairs and reduces maintenance.

11 reasons not to buy

  • The handlebar grip with the grip throttle on one test bike turns freely on the bars, making the throttle unusable.
  • The seatpost on a test bike doesn't fit the seat tube, requiring an additional plastic shim to clamp it properly.
  • Aniioki states a height range of 5’3” to 6’5”, but a 5’6” tester finds the bike too tall.
  • At a claimed 134 and 137lb, depending on the battery, the AQ177 Pro Max Ultra is extremely heavy.
  • The 180mm brake rotors are undersized for a bike this heavy and fast.
  • The AQ177 Pro Max Ultra isn’t UL certified.
  • An expert says the basic fork isn't suitable for off-road terrain, despite Aniioki marketing the bike for "mountain trails".
  • The assembly instructions are vague, says a reviewer.
  • The display is dim, and the USB-C port doesn’t provide power when the battery is low.
  • One test bike arrives with missing front-axle washers, a misaligned front end, and paint scratches.
  • A reviewer reports poor and unhelpful customer support.

Bottom line

Aniioki’s AQ177 Pro Max Ultra upgrades over the Pro Max build with a 60V system, higher motor power, bigger battery capacity, and a suspension seatpost. Reviewers praise the high speed, controlled throttle acceleration, long range, and climbing power. However, the bike is heavy and lacks UL safety certification. The brakes and suspension are basic, but more concerning is Aniioki’s poor quality control, which poses safety risks given the bike’s speed and power. Most testers appreciate the performance, but feel the AQ177 Pro Max Ultra doesn’t offer great value. Marginally better alternatives include Wallke’s Ravager and ENGWE’s M20 3.0.

Aniioki has gotten better in terms of quality control, but they still have issues. I’m not going to deny that they don’t have issues, but they will take care of you if you have a problem.
