9 reasons not to buy

  • The motor settings can't be adjusted.
  • Experts warn that the high torque in mode four can cause the front wheel to lift.
  • The District Scrambler isn't suitable for riders 5’4” or shorter.
  • One reviewer, who tests two demo District models, complains the flimsy turn signals are already broken.
  • This bike doesn't have regenerative braking.

Bottom line

The LAND Moto District Scrambler is an electric motorcycle with dual-sport tires. It's offered as a stock or customizable build. Reviewers find it easy to ride, accommodating all skill levels, thanks to four distinct riding modes. Testers praise the smooth acceleration, strong power, and impressive top speed of 70mph. Two experts feel the ideal riding speed is 45-50mph. However, the battery range is limited when sustaining high speeds, particularly with the 1.8kWh build. It's not competitively priced, and it's limited to city jaunts, but testers still highly recommend the LAND Moto District Scrambler.

This Thing Rips! LAND Moto District Ride Review

It’s a really nice feel, the brakes [and] the stopping power. It’s very good the way the bike is balanced. Everything about the ride feeling is very well dialed in.

It’s a really good downtown cruiser… I feel like that’s what this bike does really well. Situations where you’re keeping the bike under 50-ish mph feels like the sweet spot.

This [Price] Electric Motorcycle Is Fantastic – LAND Moto District Review

This thing is just happy cruising at 45mph. I’m not even really giving it a lot of throttle; this is easy. The riding position on this electric motorcycle is comfortable.
