Tuttio's ICT is a moto-style e-bike with a 2000W motor and 1500Wh battery. Its power, ability to top 40mph, and effortless hill climbing win praise, as do the strong brakes and stable feel. The throttle is responsive, but experts can't keep the front wheel down when pulling away. The stated rider fit is woefully unrealistic, the pedal assist is laggy, and the fixed seat makes pedaling difficult for most riders. Furthermore, the bike is very heavy and the suspension is cheap. Most importantly, this e-bike isn't legal in most places. Overall, the Tuttio ICT fails to deliver value or performance.
