BikeRide finds and shows you the best prices of the bikes you want to buy. Prices constantly change and it’s impossible to compare them all yourself.
We search for prices on over 120 bike retailers to guarantee that we find the lowest prices – to save you time and money.
It’s a promise we stand behind: If you find a lower price on a bike elsewhere, we will sell it to you for 10% less. For example, if you find a bike for $480 that we have listed at $500, we will offer you to buy it for $432 through BikeRide. The bike must be the same color and size, sold in the US and not include the use of a coupon.
If you find a lower price, email us at [email protected] with documentation of the price. We’re committed to making sure that the cost of a bike does not keep you from cycling!

8 reasons not to buy
- Magicycle recommends a height range of 5’5” to 6’5”, but a 5’9” rider finds the bike too big.
- When unlocked, the throttle exceeds the legal 20mph speed limit.
- Buyers say Magicycle customer support is unhelpful and difficult to reach. One owner the company voided their warranty for riding in cold weather.
- Despite the Cruiser Pro’s “all-terrain” marketing, experts find the bike unsuitable for off-roading.
- Testers complain of chain slap and rattling from the rear fender.
- A reviewer complains that the tire rubs the rear rack when riding with a heavy load.
- The display is difficult to read in bright sunlight or through polarized sunglasses.
- Magicycle lists conflicting payload capacities on the website (500lb) and owner's manual (350lb).
Bottom line
At first glance, the Magicycle Cruiser Pro looks to be just another e-bike in a saturated market. The typical high weight, rattling components, and exaggerated sizing guide reinforce this impression. The fat tires and basic suspension absorb bumps well for a comfortable ride, but the bike isn't suitable for anything more than light off-road surfaces. The smooth throttle acceleration, responsive pedal assist, strong climbing ability, and above-average range garner praise from testers. Buyers, though, report poor customer support, which unfortunately makes this a slightly risky buy despite its solid comfort and performance.Expert Reviews
