Bottom line
Addmotor’s Motan M-560 P7 All-Terrain E-Bike is a Class 2 electric fatbike. It has an independent throttle and 4” wide tires on 26” wheels. The 48V 17.5Ah battery achieves at least 20 miles of range under normal off-road use and a purported 55 miles of range at the extreme maximum end of conservative on-road use (under low pedal assistance levels). It’s designed for taller riders over 5’10” and up to 6’6”. The suspension fork provides a modest 100mm of travel but testers say it hasn’t bottomed out. At 74lb it’s weighty meaning that: a) it won’t come to a crisp stop with the provided mechanical disc brakes and b) it probably doesn’t suit apartment occupiers. However, the low price makes this an easy buy that’s ripe for upgrades.Expert Reviews
