BikeRide finds and shows you the best prices of the bikes you want to buy. Prices constantly change and it’s impossible to compare them all yourself.

We search for prices on over 120 bike retailers to guarantee that we find the lowest prices – to save you time and money.

It’s a promise we stand behind: If you find a lower price on a bike elsewhere, we will sell it to you for 10% less. For example, if you find a bike for $480 that we have listed at $500, we will offer you to buy it for $432 through BikeRide. The bike must be the same color and size, sold in the US and not include the use of a coupon.

If you find a lower price, email us at [email protected] with documentation of the price. We’re committed to making sure that the cost of a bike does not keep you from cycling!

Summary of Reviews

We have read all expert and user reviews on the Priority Bruzer. In summary, this is what cyclists think. Published Jun 19, 2026 by Reda Ashour.

13 reasons to buy

  • One expert praises the upright riding position and comfortable handlebars.
  • A tester appreciates the precise, direct handling, even with the bike fully loaded.
  • A reviewer says the Bruzer climbs steep inclines well, adding that the long chainstays help keep the front wheel down.
  • The frame is suspension corrected for a 100mm fork and has internal routing for a dropper.
  • The Bruzer has clearance for most 29” x 2.8” (rear) and 29" x 3” (front) tires.
  • A tester rides through creek crossings and sand without any impact on the drivetrain.
  • Reviewers say cushioning from the 2.6” tires helps make up for the lack of suspension.
  • The bikepacking-ready frameset has 23 mounting points, and Priority offers a custom frame bag.
  • Experts are impressed by the confident, stable handling over rugged terrain and when loaded down.
  • Owners and testers love the Pinion gearbox’s wide, 600% gearing range and ability to shift while stationary.
  • Reviewers appreciate the low-maintenance drivetrain.
  • A tester and buyer are impressed by the power of the Hayes Dominion A4 brakes.
  • Owners are pleased with Priority's helpful and responsive customer support.

8 reasons not to buy

  • At 35lb, the Bruzer is heavier than comparable derailleur-equipped bikepacking bikes.
  • The included pedals break easily, according to owners.
  • Reviewers recommend upgrading the Kenda Booster tires, saying they're slow, puncture-prone, and lacking traction.
  • A tester feels a noticeable drag while coasting or pedaling at moderate speeds.
  • Reviewers wish a dropper seatpost were included.
  • Testers advise replacing the low-quality grips.
  • A reviewer and owner report the belt slipping under high load when climbing.
  • Reviewers dislike the grip shifter.

Bottom line

The Priority Bruzer is a low-maintenance bikepacking bike with a Pinion gearbox and Gates belt drive. Experts acknowledge that this isn't a fast bike, but the versatile frame has generous mounting points and accommodates wide tires, a dropper, and a suspension fork. Reviewers love the gearbox's stationary shifting and gearing range, but it adds drag and weight. The Bruzer's geometry allows it to excel on climbs and over various off-road terrain, but the tires are worth upgrading. Overall, the Bruzer impresses experts with its solid spec sheet and highly competitive price.

New Bike Day, Testing the Priority Bruzer! (Bikepacking the Cumberland Plateau)

It probably wouldn’t feel nearly as sluggish with smaller tires on it. But that’s not what it’s for. It’s an adventure bike. I’m going to use this bike for adventuring.

Priority Bruzer Review 1

Coasting at medium speed, I noticed slight drag at first. But it seems like it’s less after two months of riding. I love the wide range, low maintenance, and smooth easy shifting.
