Bike Size Charts

BikeRide finds and shows you the best prices of the bikes you want to buy. Prices constantly change and it’s impossible to compare them all yourself.

We search for prices on over 120 bike retailers to guarantee that we find the lowest prices – to save you time and money.

It’s a promise we stand behind: If you find a lower price on a bike elsewhere, we will sell it to you for 10% less. For example, if you find a bike for $480 that we have listed at $500, we will offer you to buy it for $432 through BikeRide. The bike must be the same color and size, sold in the US and not include the use of a coupon.

If you find a lower price, email us at [email protected] with documentation of the price. We’re committed to making sure that the cost of a bike does not keep you from cycling!

Summary of Reviews

We have read all expert and user reviews on the Rawrr Mantis X. In summary, this is what cyclists think.

13 reasons to buy

  • Rawrr offers this bike in two builds: Mantis X and Mantis X Pro. The Pro build has a bigger motor and battery and better brakes.
  • Testers praise the Mantis X Pro’s snappy and powerful acceleration.
  • Both builds come with a USB-C charge port in the display, keyed fork locks, and a headlight. The Pro also includes a taillight.
  • Most of the Mantis X's settings can be adjusted through the Rawrr app.
  • Testers enjoy the comfort and space to move on the long, wide, and plush seat.
  • Experts say the larger 19” front wheel improves handling off-road.
  • Testers find the bike agile yet stable.
  • Testers appreciate the smooth power delivery.
  • Reviewers praise the climbing abilities of both builds.
  • The Mantis X comes with a Certificate of Origin to register it for off-road use.
  • Reviewers find the large color display easy to read.
  • The brake sensors can be easily unplugged for wheelies.
  • One reviewer gets 30 miles of range from the base model.

6 reasons not to buy

  • A reviewer complains about the noisy suspension fork when riding off-road.
  • Testers say the graphics peel easily.
  • The base build doesn't include a taillight.
  • The power output drops as the battery charge drops, with testers noting this from 60% charge.
  • Testers dislike the narrow, hard-compound stock tires.
  • A reviewer says the fork needs its air pressure topped off frequently.

Bottom line

The Rawrr Mantis X electric dirt bike is available in two versions: the standard 50mph build or the 65mph Mantis X Pro. Reviewers enjoy the bike's ergonomics and comfort. The smooth power delivery and high top speed also earn praise, and the Rawrr app allows customization of most settings, which is unheard of at this price. This is called a budget bike by testers, as evidenced by its cheap plastic finish, low-end tires, and entry-level suspension. Nonetheless, the Mantis X is recommended as an affordable alternative to popular models from Surron and Talaria.

[It’s] super comfortable. I have no butt pain, no back pain, and the suspension absorbs everything.

This New E-Bike Is Amazing! Only [Price]// Rawrr Mantis X

You can notice… how they got it under that price point. However, they didn’t skimp on very many things because we still have a direct mount stem here with a riser.

Rawrr Mantis X Pro Review: Big Upgrades, Bigger Thrills!

You get a little bit bigger battery, a higher top speed, and more torque, but some people may not need that, and they’d be happy to spend less money to buy the Mantis X. So the Pro isn’t for everyone…

What Is New in the Rawrr Mantis X Pro?

Personally, I don’t know why you wouldn’t go with the Pro over the regular X because of that bump in power, the extra features of the bigger brakes, and the better suspension; all those things add up.

That’s the only downfall of this bike. If it had aftermarket parts, I’d feel like this is the best bang for your buck.

Is the Rawrr Mantis X Worth It? Real Owner Review After Months of Riding

It does have a sweet point for wheelies. It’s a little bit better than some heavier bikes. I’m not the best at wheelies, but I can wheelie this bike a little bit, and it feels easier than the other bikes.
