I think it’s best-in-class for this style of rack. The real masterpiece is the cam-lock. Gated pins let it fold down. Resin-headed screws wind down to reduce movement. I think that’s really smart.

At under 15 pounds it’s comfortably light, but not so light that it would make you wonder if it’s solid. Tighten the cam down each time you put the rack on your car, and it removes all that wobble.
