BikeRide finds and shows you the best prices of the bikes you want to buy. Prices constantly change and it’s impossible to compare them all yourself.

We search for prices on over 120 bike retailers to guarantee that we find the lowest prices – to save you time and money.

It’s a promise we stand behind: If you find a lower price on a bike elsewhere, we will sell it to you for 10% less. For example, if you find a bike for $480 that we have listed at $500, we will offer you to buy it for $432 through BikeRide. The bike must be the same color and size, sold in the US and not include the use of a coupon.

If you find a lower price, email us at [email protected] with documentation of the price. We’re committed to making sure that the cost of a bike does not keep you from cycling!

Summary of Reviews

We have read all expert and user reviews on the HappyRun F18. In summary, this is what cyclists think. Published Jun 30, 2026 by Reda Ashour.

11 reasons to buy

  • The HappyRun F18 comes in two builds: standard or F18 2.0, which adds reverse mode, a magnetic kill switch, a full-twist throttle, and NFC unlocking.
  • Owners and reviewers are impressed by the bike's ability to easily overcome hills.
  • The F18 comes with fenders, a rear light, and a front light with brake activation and turn signals.
  • A tester says the knobby moto-style tires provide good traction on dirt trails.
  • Experts find the throttle incredibly responsive.
  • Two reviewers praise the effective hydraulic disc brakes.
  • A tester says it’s easy to modulate the F18 2.0's full-twist throttle for low-speed maneuvers, even in the max power level.
  • Reviewers say the plush suspension absorbs rough terrain well.
  • The color display is easy to read.
  • Testers hit speeds up to 47mph, verified by external GPS.
  • The F18 is sold locked at 20mph for safety.

11 reasons not to buy

  • Owners and reviewers find the seat small, uncomfortable, and slippery.
  • One buyer's F18 arrives with missing parts, and they wait over a month for replacements.
  • The strong torque can cause unintentional wheelies from takeoff.
  • A reviewer complains of erratic power delivery as the battery depletes, and the bike surges randomly sometimes.
  • Owners and testers say the motor is loud, and the F18 suffers from creaks, rattles, and rubbing.
  • The 3’11” to 6’1” height range is exaggerated, with reviewers saying taller riders will be cramped.
  • Testers say the suspension easily bottoms out.
  • The kickstand strikes obstacles when riding off-road.
  • Several reviewers feel the rear end is too tall and the bars are too low, causing the rider to hunch forward.
  • One reviewer gets just 15 miles of range in testing.
  • Removing the battery requires unscrewing several bolts.

Bottom line

The HappyRun F18 is an electric dirt bike aimed at teens and adults. The responsive motor provides huge power that lifts testers’ front wheels on takeoff, whether they intended to or not. This power makes light work of steep hills, but it drains the battery quickly. Reviewers say power delivery is unpredictable when the battery is low. Additionally, the bike is plagued by uncomfortable ergonomics and loud rattling from almost every component. The HappyRun F18's power and acceleration are a thrill at the start, but the low build quality ultimately compromises the owner experience.

HappyRun F18 2.0 Review — This 6000W Stock Beast Shocked Me

With the 6,000W peak motor and 60V 30Ah battery, this thing pulls hard, has great torque, and I was able to hit about 47 to 48mph. The only real thing I had to adjust was the rear shock.

HappyRun F18 Electric Dirt Bike: Honest First Ride Impressions (And a 44 MPH Rip)

Overall, it’s comfortable when riding off-road. But here are a few things to consider. A full twist throttle would give better control compared to the half twist setup. It’s not street legal…

I Tested the HappyRun F18 Electric Dirt Bike… It’s Fast

It’s just a fast, cheap bike at the end of the day. It’s pretty impressive. They had to cut corners somewhere, and it’s in the parts, but I mean, shoot, it’s moving.

I Put the HappyRun F18 2.0 to the Ultimate Test! 6000W Mini Surron??

I am 200 lb. I’m nearly 6’ tall. And this is not meant for me unless they add some better suspension. It’s not meant for me, and it’s really just not the right size anyway.
