ENGWE X20

This bike looks really good on paper—the motor size, the battery size, the three forms of suspension—all of this sounds great, but the execution of it is just so poorly done, in my opinion. I just don’t see the point.

… would we buy this with our own money and would we take it on trips with us? Well, the answer to that for three reasons is “no.”

… this thing still weighs 92 pounds, and having it all folded up doesn’t really make it any easier to put into the back of your car…

… you can always fold the bike up so that it only takes about this much space instead of the entire space. There are also hydraulic front and rear disc brakes, and the stopping power is very good.

… comparing this to the X24, I like the fact that it’s got the higher handlebar and it’s got the smaller wheels, so you’re going to get a little more range, but it’s got smaller batteries, as well…

… I do think the X20 and the X series, in general, are very good and definitely worth consideration.

… it’s sporty, it’s easy to handle for someone my age… it’s actually a lot more nimble (I think) than the X26 just due to the smaller tire size. It’s easier to maneuver around tight spots, and I really enjoyed that about it.
