BikeRide finds and shows you the best prices of the bikes you want to buy. Prices constantly change and it’s impossible to compare them all yourself.
We search for prices on over 120 bike retailers to guarantee that we find the lowest prices – to save you time and money.
It’s a promise we stand behind: If you find a lower price on a bike elsewhere, we will sell it to you for 10% less. For example, if you find a bike for $480 that we have listed at $500, we will offer you to buy it for $432 through BikeRide. The bike must be the same color and size, sold in the US and not include the use of a coupon.
If you find a lower price, email us at [email protected] with documentation of the price. We’re committed to making sure that the cost of a bike does not keep you from cycling!

- Reviewers note the significant price increase compared to the Pace 500.2.
-
An owner is frustrated by only being able to reach a top speed of 24 mph
(and not the specced 28 mph).
- Reviewers and owners note that the 12.8 Ah battery is smaller than average.
- A tester is annoyed that the bike’s throttle is not available without pedaling.
- One buyer received their 500.3 with a frame that was misaligned.

Bottom line
The Pace 500.3 is the sequel to Aventon’s Pace 500.2. This time round, it’s got a torque sensor. Testers noted that the upgrade increases efficiency, resulting in an expanded maximum range of ~60 miles. The bike does include integrated lights with turn signals. But it has no fenders, rack or even any bottle bosses. There’s no suspension and the rigid aluminum fork is, by reports, fairly unforgiving. Testers say the Pace 500.3 is suited to paved, flat terrain. Reviewers found the Pace 500.3 climbed steep hills easily, especially compared to the 500.2.Expert Reviews
