Bike to the Bay DE

Join the National MS Society for a one-day ride full of adventure through Delaware! Enjoy the chance to cycle the flat farmlands of Kent and Sussex counties, with routes ranging from 25 to 75 miles. Begin the ride in Dover at the Delaware Technical Community College: Dover Campus. On your ride you’ll breeze past beautiful beaches, enjoy lunch together, and end your day at Cape Henlopen State Park. Once you’ve passed the finish line, mark your success with a bayside celebration with your fellow participants, just outside of Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches, while enjoying a complimentary meal, t‑shirt & medal pickup, beer garden (21+), and festivities. Then, catch the bus back to the starting line when the day is done. Join a community of riders dedicated to changing the world for people living with multiple sclerosis, one mile at a time.
