- The fixed, 31.6” seat height makes the stated 5’2”–6’3” fit range unrealistic for smaller riders.
- Though a reviewer likes the 1440Wh battery's theoretical range, they don't test it. Owners give real-world figures roughly half that found in the marketing materials, and highlight how hard this bike is to pedal without motor assistance.
- A full charge takes 10 hours, and the non-removable battery limits charging, parking, and storage options.
- This bike is heavy (106lb) and long (78.7”), making it hard to transport and store.
- With 180mm rotors and only two pistons per caliper, the brakes are woefully underpowered for a bike this heavy and fast, as a reviewer finds in testing.
- The 48T chainring and 14-28T freewheel lead to ghost pedaling at higher speeds and inefficient pedaling at lower speeds.

Bottom line
The Bee Cool Bee Challenger is a motorcycle-style e-bike with a 1000W motor and 1440Wh battery. The sole reviewer is most impressed by the large-capacity battery, high top speed, and looks, and says the rear shocks work well. However the fork is cheap and ineffective, the fixed seat is hard and uncomfortable, and the battery impedes pedaling. Other complaints include the poor brakes, heavy weight, large size, inaccurate specifications, slow charging, and ghost pedaling. Although the Bee Challenger has a “cool” aesthetic, its poor build and ride quality, cheap components, and questionable utility mean there's little else to enjoy here.
