Description
Grab your bike and join us as we explore bike trails near McHenry County. Register for one ride or the entire series. We will ride 10 to 15 miles each day, starting and ending at the same location.
September 17
Long Prairie Trail – Starting at the McHenry & Boone County line we will ride west to Poplar Grove. We will start and end at the trailhead on Boone McHenry County Line Road, about 1/2 mile north of Route 173. @ 15 miles
October 7
Fox River Trail – Starting and ending at the Algonquin Prairie Trail parking lot we will ride south to South End Park in West Dundee. @ 14 miles
October 22
Moraine Hills State Park Trails – After meeting at the second parking lot in the park, we will explore the many trails in the park. @ 8 miles
Registration is required for all adults and children, and children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
