Breakthrough Challenge

Celebrating its 12th year, the Breakthrough Challenge offers three well marked routes in Eastern PA’s (Berks County) beautiful Oley Valley. Our rural roads and scenery rival the best roads that you will find anywhere in Europe.

100% of your registration fee is donated to cancer research at Penn-Medicine’s Abramson Cancer Center (ACC) in Philadelphia. To date, the Breakthrough Challenge has donated $2,825,000 to the ACC, funding 63 research projects.
