8 Lakes Leg Aches Bike Ride
Join us for one of the best-organized rides in Eastern Washington! The 24th Annual 8 Lakes Bike Ride explores the beautiful scenery surrounding Spokane, West Plains, Medical Lake, and Cheney. Routes are clearly marked and include food stops and medical and mechanical support. Three routes (30, 45, & 75-mile). Start Times: 75-mile = 7:00 AM, 45-mile = 8:00 AM, 30-mile = 8:30 AM. Enjoy David’s Gourmet Pizza and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream at the finish. Great Prizes for pledge riders. Ride only: $45, with Socks $55, with T-shirt & Socks $70. Pledge riders raising $200 receive 8 Lakes designer jerseys, t-shirts, socks & great prizes!

For more than 65 years, LCS Northwest has offered hope, resources, and healing to thousands of Spokane-area citizens affected by violent crimes and other traumatic, life-altering events.
