8 Lakes Leg Aches Bike Ride
DUE TO COVID-19 Pandemic, we have moved the ride to SATURDAY, JULY 18th!
Join us for one of the best-organized rides in Eastern Washington! 22nd Annual 8 Lakes Bike Ride explores the beautiful scenery surrounding Spokane, West Plains, Medical Lake, and Cheney. Routes are marked and include food stops, medical and mechanical support. Three routes (30, 45, 75-mile). Start Times: 75-mile = 7:00 AM, 45-mile = 8:00 AM, 30-mile = 8:30 AM. Enjoy David’s Gourmet Pizza and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream at the finish. Great Prizes for pledge riders. Ride only: $50, with T-shirt, $65. Pledge riders raising $200 receive 8 Lakes designer jersey, t-shirt, socks & great prizes!

For more than 60 years, LCS Northwest has been offering hope, resources, and healing to thousands of Spokane-area citizens affected by violent crimes and other traumatic, life-altering events.
