42nd Annual Trek Across Maine

Join the American Lung Association for the 42nd annual Trek Across Maine on Father’s Day Weekend – June 19-21, 2026! Choose our traditional 3-day, 180-mile option, or do it your own way, virtually. The ride starts and ends at the scenic Pineland Farms in New Gloucester, Maine, with acres of lush woods and beautiful farmland. While riding the Trek you will travel through the rolling hills of central Maine, riding through many memorable Maine towns, including Freeport, with views of the wild lupines and serene Maine lakes and rivers along the way. Overnight stops at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, and St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine, provide a place to rest and relax after each leg of the Trek. Activities, entertainment and food are all a part of the full Trek experience at each location. Our ride is fully equipped with volunteers, local and state law enforcement, and support vehicles along the route.
