Trans NH Bike Ride for Muscular Dystrophy

The Trans New Hampshire Bike Ride for Muscular Dystrophy is a challenging three day 250 mile ride from the Canadian border to Portsmouth, NH. One and two day options are available with Day 3 being a relatively flat and easy ride from Laconia to Portsmouth. We provide quality hotel accommodations, excellent support, the best of NH scenery, a welcoming community of riders of all ages and abilities, massage, and much more. Free transportation from Red Hook to Canadian border (from Portsmouth to Colebrook 6/23 and Colebrook to border 6/24). $1000 minimum fund raising for 3 day riders, lots of premiums for those who meet various fund raising goals.
