Major Taylor Cycling Convention 2026

All cyclists welcome, club members and non members. Ride Durham at its best. Four days of group rides and festival energy in the heart of downtown. Thursday and Friday each offer two ride opportunities: a sunrise shakeout to get the legs moving and a social sunset roll that highlights local flavor. Saturday is the big day with fully supported routes at 20, 35, 50, 70, and 104 miles, marked courses, stocked aid, mobile SAG, on course mechanics, a lively finish line, and the evening Major Taylor Legacy Dinner. Sunday wraps the weekend with relaxed recovery options around 10 to 25 miles. Youth ride free. Registration includes a swag bag, event shirt, and finisher medal. Start and finish near the Durham Convention Center with great food, music, and hotels steps away.
