Garden State Tour de Cure

The Garden State Tour de Cure is an action-packed day of cycling, walking or running for participants of all ages and abilities. You can “choose your move” from a timed 5K run, a brisk 5K walk, or cycling routes ranging from a family-friendly 12 miles to a challenging 100-mile century throughout the scenic farmlands of central New Jersey. (Some routes will include a time trial.)

Once you cross the finish line, celebrate your achievement with great food, live music, wellness vendors & demonstrations, and family activities throughout the afternoon. Participants can sign up as individuals or create a team, and members of a team don’t have to choose the same activity or route.

The Garden State Tour de Cure is an event where, no matter what road you take, you’ll be joining thousands of people from across the country who have the same passion as you: to create a life free of diabetes and all its burdens.
