2024 Pecos Park – Kids Triathlon – Ages 11-13

Description

Join us in our 3rd annual Kids Triathlon at Pecos Park. Your young star athletes ages 11-13 will have the opportunity to do their best in a swim, bike and run designed with appropriate kid friendly distances. The event will be chipped time, however there will not be any age or overall awards given. This is your child’s personal challenge and accomplishment!All participants will receive a finisher medal and shirt. Note: Event shirts are not guaranteed for registration after 2/18/24.

Participants must bring their own bikes and bike helmets. Helmets required for the bike portion. Participants must be able to swim the designated pool lengths unassisted.

Race packet with all event details will be emailed on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Please ensure your email and contact information is correct on the account to ensure you receive the event information.

*Expect to arrive 45 minutes earlier than the race time, to check in, receive timing bib and setup your bike and equipment in appropriate area.

11-13 Age Division – Check In 8am/Race Time 8:45am

100 meter swim (4 lengths of the pool)

1.3 mile bike

1 mile run

Early bird registration thru 2/1.
