River Valley Ice Cream Ride

The River Valley Ice Cream Ride combines the best of summertime fun – bikes, gorgeous roads and ice cream. This charity ride is a great event for cyclists of all ages and abilities. Routes ranging from 8 to 50 miles means that family members of varying abilities can find a ride that meets their capabilities. All routes feature quiet Connecticut Valley byways featuring charming small towns, rich agricultural lands, and scenic river views. And, of course, there’s plenty of ice cream stops thanks to our primary partner, Bart’s Homemade, producer of the best ice cream featuring fresh local ingredients. All proceeds go to support organizations that are helping to keep our small towns vibrant, our agricultural lands productive and our roadways safe for cyclists.
