Double Creek Half Marathon, 5K & Bike Tour

Register for our half marathon, 5K, Fun Run, or cycle routes. We offer a 10 mile, 30 mile, 48 mile, 63 mile and new this year we are offering a 100 mile cycle route.

The Double Creek was established to provide support to programs that benefit under insured kids and the families who provide care for them. All money raised will benefit the Healthy Community Pharmacy. The Pharmacy serves uninsured or underinsured patients from all over our community. It provides medications to eligible patients at cost plus a small dispensing fee.

In many cases, uninsured or underinsured patients may have access to a doctor and a diagnosis, but may not have the financial ability to pay for prescribed medications. Without these medications to complete treatments, simple illnesses become more acute and chronic. More severe illnesses result in longer recoveries, additional treatments, and even hospitalizations.

Last year more than 3,700 patients were assisted by this fund in paying for life sustaining medications. With your help, we hope to help far more.
