Rockaway Bike Parade

Join us for the Annual Rockaway Bike Parade to celebrate the Rockaway community and healthy living! Walk, dance and bike your way along the Rockaway Boardwalk. We encourage individuals, school groups, and organizations to join in the festivities.

The parade will depart at 11AM along the boardwalk and travel the street en-route to Beach 59th St and the RISE Center where participants will compete for prizes in the “Best of Rockaway” Awards competition. There will be a judged competition for participants to come dressed as your “favorite Rockaway site or theme”.

The parade is free however all participants are required to register in advance and sign in at the beginning of the parade. Children under 14 must have a parent or guardian present with them on the parade and sign their waiver on the day of the event. Please register at rwalliance.org/events
