Highlander Cycle Tour

Annual bicycle tour held near Canandaigua in the Finger Lakes of NY. Typically on a Saturday in mid-September, this ride offers unbelievable challenge and scenic panoramas as well as a chance to sample the local culinary offerings. The full century has ~ 10,000′ of climb on grades up to 23%! As many as 20 different climbs have been known to present each year. Courses for all levels are available though. Epic Mountaineer (off-road) also offered. Riders are treated to numerous rest stops, a full post ride dinner (incl. grape pie), music, and custom labeled bottles of wine or juice, stickers, and other giveaways to take home.
