Incarnation 100: A Benefit for Homeless Services
Starting and finishing in the heart of historic downtown Santa Rosa, the Incarnation 100 – A Benefit for Homeless Services – offers three different course options. The 45-mile route takes a leisurely path through Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley and West Sonoma County with course highlights of Wohler Bridge, Martinelli Road, and historic downtown Graton. The 45-mile route is perfect for families or recreational cyclists!
The 100-km route is almost identical to the 45-mile route but includes the hidden gem and challenge of Sweetwater Springs Road—a secret favorite of many Sonoma County cyclists—which skirts the entrance of Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve.
The 100-mile route is a challenging, grand tour of Dry Creek Valley, Russian River Valley, and West Sonoma County; in addition to Sweetwater Springs Road, riders will make their way farther out west along a course that includes Graton, Joy, Occidental, and Cherry Ridge Roads.
The Incarnation 100 is a great event for avid and recreational cyclists alike. Everyone, from those on the serious cycling circuit to occasional bike enthusiasts, is welcome.
The Incarnation 100 supports three vital Sonoma County homeless service entities:
• The Living Room, which provides day services for homeless women and children;
• Sunday Open Table, which provides Sunday morning meals and fellowship to the homeless in downtown Santa Rosa; and
• St. Andrews Food Program, which provides groceries and meals to people in the Russian River area, at St. Andrews-in-the-Redwoods.
The Incarnation 100 costs are: $70/45mile, $80/100km, $90/100mile; includes ride tee shirt. There are also rest stops, SAG, and a gourmet meal served at the after party!
