Pedaling Paths to Independence

Community Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired invites you to the eighth Pedaling Paths to Independence on February 20, 2016. The agency has been “Lighting Paths to Independent Living” since 1949, providing specialized services to meet the needs of people whose vision loss impedes their ability to perform tasks of daily living.

Metric and half century routes traverse the quiet back roads of San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Calaveras counties with fully stocked rest stops along the way. Fees ($40.00 for metric, $35.00 for half) include maps and route sheets, pre-ride tech support courtesy of Lodi Bicycle Shoppe, radio communications by the Stockton-Delta Amateur Radio Club, SAG vehicles, post ride meal catered by DeVinci’s Delicatessen and Catering, entertainment by Creative Sounds DJ and Sound Services. Photocrazy will capture images on the road–FREE to riders after the ride.
