Training Ride Bike MS: Tour to Tanglewood

Join fellow cyclists at training rides hosted by partnering local bike shops. On each ride, you will be provided with a map of the route, a ride leader, a SAG and well stocked rest stop. This is a great chance to meet other people dedicated to creating a world free of MS. Training rides will start at 8am this year.
